About Liz
Liz was born in St. Louis, MO where she lived until the age of eight. She then re-located to Louisville, Colorado with her family in 1993 and has been living the healthy-minded, outdoor lifestyle ever since.
Now as a mother since 2022, she and her daughter are currently residing in Louisville, CO!
Liz has been dedicated to the sport of volleyball since the fifth grade and spent over 10 years training competitively for women’s sand doubles for local and national tournaments. Her undefeated victory in 2017 in Aspen, CO at The Motherlode Volleyball, was the pinnacle of her competitive sand doubles volleyball career. She has slowly but surely integrated her love for athleticism and movement into a sports and orthopedic style of body work. While attending the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT), Liz interned at The University of Colorado, Boulder where she worked directly with the college athletes program and their student trainers. She helped to design specific sessions to treat injury recovery, increase range of motion in joints, and optimize athletic performance in young athletes. Liz also created an internship while in school at the Acorn Preschool in Boulder, CO where they provide safe and comforting “touch” therapy to a classroom of 15 students and teachers. More recently in 2019, she taught a one hour lesson to a classroom of preschoolers about safe touch. Since graduating in 2010, Liz has maintained her own practice in various locations and does so with loving dedication.
Liz is a Certified & Registered Massage Therapist, she is a member of the Associated Bodywork of Massage Professionals (ABMP), and she is also a BCMT Alumni member. Liz graduated with honors from the 18-month, 1000-hours program from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT). Liz’s specialties include treatments for disorders such as Runner’s Knee, Piriformis Syndrome, Rotator Cuff Tears, Chronic Lower Back Pain & TMJD.
Liz has been a DSA (Debra Silverman Astrology) graduate since 2021 and has loved curating natal chart readings for others. She consistently stays on top of what's new in the astrological realm and knows now that to be able to see someone's natal chart, is truly her biggest asset in understanding others on a deeper more intuitive level. It is the best way for her to fully assess and treat the body and soul as a whole.
"Our bodies hold memories and stories from our past but it isn't until we truly understand the stories our own brain is expressing to us, that we can release what's currently being held on a physical level."
